Exposure to blood or other infectious materials in the workplace can have disastrous consequences for an employees' well being.  Employees with occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials must receive initial and annual training under OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens standard at 29 CFR 1910.1030

This online course is designed to meet OSHA's initial and annual training requirement at 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2).  Students who complete this course will have a clear understanding of the dangers of bloodborne pathogens, common means of transmission, and using personal protective equipment.
