Industrial & Hazardous Waste in Texas Public Workshop

Many components of Texas' hazardous waste program are more stringent than the Federal regulations, and training is required annually. 

This one-day workshop is designed to enhance your annual Federal RCRA training by teaching the additional rules specific to managing hazardous and industrial waste in Texas. The program focuses on the requirements for small and large quantity generators and is designed to satisfy the initial and annual refresher training for Texas-specific management standards as required at 30 TAC 335.69(a)(4)(A).
