Strategic Federal and State Compliance Training
Experienced managers will go beyond the RCRA basics and learn strategic compliance skills at this new three-day Federal and Texas-specific workshop. You’ll master the complexities of the Federal and Texas rules while meeting your annual training mandate. On day one and two, you’ll learn advanced techniques for managing the more challenging aspects of the Federal rules (40 CFR 261-279). On day three, we’ll focus on the additional Texas-specific rules imposed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (30 TAC 335).
Real-world case studies and practical exercises used throughout the workshop will hone your compliance skills and increase your knowledge. You'll leave the workshop with new insights to make your business operations environmentally sound and economically competitive.
