Summary:
This course teaches the U.S. EPA rules for generating hazardous waste and managing it initially, at the point of generation, under "satellite accumulation" rules. Students who manage hazardous wastes in 90-day accumulation areas should also receive training on applicable accumulation rules. Courses on these topics include:
- RCRA 211: 90-Day Hazardous Waste Accumulation
- RCRA 212: 90-Day Hazardous Waste Tanks
- RCRA 210: 180-Day Hazardous Waste Accumulation
- RCRA 210A: 180-Day Hazardous Waste Tanks

This course teaches hazardous waste generator personnel the importance of managing hazardous waste safely and how to do "satellite accumulation" of their own wastes. Students will learn:
