Hotline Service

The Hotline Subscription Service provides detailed technical support and research on a variety of compliance issues. This is a fee service and requires an open subscription account and a PIN number. Users receive priority access to Lion's professional staff and comprehensive compliance resources.

Most questions can be answered in a very brief time—five minutes or less. Complex issues may require more time for research, and this will be performed only with your approval based on our estimate of time necessary to provide a full answer.

You can open a Hotline account for a full year for only $250. A single account can serve up to five "authorized users" that you specify by name. Your annual fee includes the first two hours of "Hotline" service plus access to the entire Lion online library. After two hours of use, you pay just $85.00 per hour for time we spend working with you and researching the answer to your question.
