Operations RCRA Hazardous Waste Training

Hazardous waste generators must have records of appropriate training for all “facility personnel” [40 CFR 262.34(a)/40 CFR 265. 16]. This includes all persons who work at, or oversee the operations of, a hazardous waste facility and whose actions, or failure to act, may result in noncompliance. Lion offers training for employees at large quantity, small quantity, and conditionally exempt generators. Each program is designed to meet the EPA annual re-training mandate.
