Additional HAZWOPER training required

Occasional site workers must complete 24 hours of initial HAZWOPER training and complete a minimum of one day of actual field experience under direct supervision of a trained, experienced supervisor.

This course is designed to meet the 24-hour training requirement only and does not include hands-on training on equipment or PPE that personnel may need to begin work at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites.
