California Hazardous Waste General Awareness

Course Code: RCRA 102

Description

In many states, hazardous waste generators must follow state rules in addition to Federal mandates.  California's hazardous waste regulations use the U.S. EPA requirements as a model, but there are many subtle and significant additions that apply to facilities that produce, treat, store, or dispose of California Hazardous Waste Management.

This online course is an introduction to the purpose, structure, and key definitions of the California hazardous waste regulations.  It is designed as a basic primer; it introduces employees to the terms and concepts they will encounter during their initial required training.

Registration includes an easy-to-download compliance notebook, along with Lion's top-notch reference materials.

This online prep-course is available for free with enrollment in Lion's California Hazardous Waste Management Workshop.
