Who Needs Health and Safety Training?

Under OSHA's General Duty Clause, employers must provide every employee with a safe and hazard-free work environment [29 U.S.C. §654]. Lion's Health and Safety courses are designed to help you ensure compliance with the General Duty Clause and meet specific OSHA training mandates in 29 CFR 1910 (as indicated below).
