Are you ready to take on a new online marketing challenge? We’re looking for a tech savvy, data guru to take our online marketing efforts to the next level. As Digital Marketing Analyst you will support Lion by analyzing, recommending, and executing opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and campaign effectiveness.  
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
  • Manage web analytics packages (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Bing)
  • Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies
  • Identify and benchmark key performance indicators for consideration in future initiatives or projects.
  • Develop metrics, analyze results, and report on findings and interpretations.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on assigned KPIs.
What will you need to succeed? The ideal new member of our team will have:  
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in digital marketing covering a wide range of activities such as marketing automation, web analytics, SEO, social media marketing
  • Experience managing pay-per-click marketing campaigns (Google Adwords and/or Microsoft Bing)
  • B2B digital marketing experience a plus
  • A strong command of digital marketing tools; marketing automation solutions (Kentico preferred) and web analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of both SEO and SEM as a critical tactic to drive desired web visitor behavior
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; demonstrated expertise with SQL and MS Excel (including experience with complex spreadsheets and pivot tables)
  • Understanding of the social media platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Blogs, Wikis, etc. and best practices at the business, technical and implementation level
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and develop insights from multiple, complex data streams
This is an office-based sales role where you will make outbound cold-calls, while prospecting for new business in order to achieve sales goals and strive to create long-term relationships with customers, as you offer Lion’s products and services to industry professionals.

Position requires 
  • Associates degree
  • 2+ years sales experience in sales and customer service
  • Previous experience in cold-calling is a MUST
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Highly developed oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Ability to champion the need to deliver quality products and services
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to master complexity of products and services
  • Proficient with MS Office software
