After a Category 3 tornado struck the company warehouse on December 10, 2021, six contractors suffered fatal injuries and another was critically wounded.

Virginia's Safety and Health Codes Board voted unanimously to revoke the state's workplace COVID-19 health and safety standard on March 21. The revocation notice appeared in the Richmond Times-Dispatch this week.
