CSB Investigates Illinois Chemical Factory Explosion
[UPDATE 06/22/21] CSB deployed two members of its leadership team to the explosion site on June 21. At the site, they met with company respresentatives, on-site Federal and local emergency responders, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) staff, and Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) investigators to discuss the incident further.5/21/2021
Vermont Bans PFAS from Food Packaging and More
On May 18, Vermont Governor Phil Scott signed legislation into law that would effectively prohibit the sale of certain products containing PFAS.
