Texas Increases IHW Generator Fees for First Time Since 1994

The State of Texas adopted a new rule on November 3 to increase Industrial Hazardous Waste (IHW) Management fees. The rule will increase fees gradually.

The City of Jennings, Missouri declared a State of Emergency on Thursday last week when a fire at an abandoned bowling ball factory created an “extremely complex and large-scale fire and hazmat situation” for local responders. A shelter-in-place order was issued for the city school district.
