On November 8, a revision to EPA's 2018 rule "Reporting Requirements for TSCA Mercury Inventory: Mercury" was published to the Federal Register and will go into effect on December 8.

New Deadlines: TSCA Health & Safety Reporting for 50 Chemicals

US EPA amended the deadline for chemical manufacturers and importers to report unpublished data on 50 chemical substances specified in a July Final Rule.

Next Phase of TSCA Chemical Risk Evals Underway

EPA has completed risk evaluations for the original 10 substances and now plans to promulgate TSCA Section 6 management standards for those chemicals.
