Hazmat Ground Shipper Operations Training
For employees with specific hazmat shipping responsibilities, Lion’s Operations Hazmat Training programs provide job- and industry-specific hazmat training. Employees receive “general awareness” “cargo security awareness” training and learn critical hazmat shipping functions, such as how to package, apply hazmat communications, and load hazardous materials (as required by the U.S. DOT, 49 CFR 172, Subpart H). NOTE: Complete Hazmat training is required if employees sign shipping papers or the EPA Hazardous Waste Manifest.
