What is EM 385-1-1 Training?

EM 385-1-1 training or “EM 385 training” refers to mandatory health and safety training for all contractors, employees, supervisors, project managers, and others working on military contract sites and projects overseen by USACE. EM 385-1-1 is the official manual of workplace health and safety guidelines implemented and enforced by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and titled Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Requirements.
