OSHA's Next GHS HazCom Update Coming Soon?

OSHA now plans to release a Final Rule to align the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) with elements from the 7^th Revised Edition GHS in Spring 2023, per the agency's public regulatory agenda.

The Future of GHS HazCom in the US

The GHS rules that OSHA adopted in 2012 are outdated now. GHS has undergone several revisions since then and OSHA must update its HazCom regulations in 29 CFR 1910.1200 again soon to keep pace.
