Lion Technology Inc., the national leader in regulatory compliance training since 1977 is searching for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an office-based sales role where you will prospect for new business in order to achieve sales goals and strive to create long-term relationships with customers, as you offer Lion’s products and services to industry professionals. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify new clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate product or service
  • Generate sales
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Respond to new and existing sales inquiries
Position requires
  • Minimum of an Associate degree
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience and customer service
  • Previous experience in inside sales is a MUST 
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Highly developed oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to master complexity of products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Ability to champion the need to deliver quality products and services
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to master complexity of products and services
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
