We are seeking academically talented individuals with strong proven communication skills to present workshops teaching environmental regulation compliance.  This corporate trainer position requires working from our office in Northern, NJ and the ability to travel nationwide on average travel 50% per year.

Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree – Degree in science or other related field a plus
  • Strong, dynamic, proven public speaking ability; previous experience in teaching or training is preferred
  • Excellent language and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex regulations
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Possess the desire, ability and motivation to “be the best.”
  • Familiarity with EH&S regulatory concepts a plus
  • Working knowledge of EPA, DOT, and/or OSHA regulations a plus

This is an office-based sales role where you will prospect for new business in order to achieve sales goals and strive to create long-term relationships with customers, as you offer Lion’s products and services to industry professionals. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify new clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate product or service
  • Generate sales
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Respond to new and existing sales inquiries
 Position requires
  • Minimum of an Associate degree
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience and customer service
  • Previous experience in inside sales is a MUST 
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Highly developed oral, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to master complexity of products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships
  • Ability to champion the need to deliver quality products and services
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to master complexity of products and services
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
