Lion Technology Inc., the national leader in regulatory compliance training since 1977 is searching for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an office-based sales role where you will prospect for new business in order to achieve sales goals and strive to create long-term relationships with customers, as you offer Lion’s products and services to industry professionals.
- Research and qualify new clients
- Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate product or service
- Generate sales
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Respond to new and existing sales inquiries

- Minimum of an Associate degree
- 4+ years of proven sales experience and customer service
- Previous experience in inside sales is a MUST
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Highly developed oral, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to master complexity of products and services
- Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships
- Ability to champion the need to deliver quality products and services
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to master complexity of products and services
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software
