Hazmat Classification: Marine Pollutants

The list of marine pollutants in the hazmat regulations is a long one, and some marine pollutants are regulated more stringently as severe marine pollutants. A mixture could be a marine pollutant too, even if the concentration of a marine pollutant in the mixture is as little as 1%.
