During a livestream presentation called “DOT Hazmat Training Basics for Shippers” on April 10, Joel Gregier, CDGP laid out essential information for shippers of hazardous materials who have questions about the training requirements for “hazmat employees” in the US DOT/PHMSA Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR 172.704).
