Mass DEP has proposed adopting provisions from the current Federal RCRA regulations, including the addition of aerosol cans to the list of universal wastes and EPA’s e-Manifest Rule.

US DOT, EPA, and OSHA Increase Civil Penalties for 2023

Update: OSHA has now finalized a rule to increase the maximum and minimum civil penalties for workplace health and safety violations. For a willful or repeat violation, the maximum penalty increased about $11,000.
