What's New for 2023 TRI Reports Due July 1?

Annual EPCRA Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, also called "Form R" or "SARA 313" reporting, is due by July 1 from covered facilities. Here's what to know as the deadline approaches.

Hazmat Registration Ends June 30, Fees May Increase

US DOT PHMSA may need to increase the Registration fee amounts paid by shippers and carriers of certain types and quantities of hazardous materials in order to fund hazmat emergency preparedness and training grants.
