Manufacturer Faces $56K Fine for 10 Serious OSHA Violations

In a recent press release, OSHA announced a $56,300 fine for a New Jersey manufacturing facility that allegedly exposed workers to hazardous chemicals and other workplace hazards.

Choosing the Right OSHA Safety Signs

Most safety professionals are familiar with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) at 29 CFR 1910.1200 for container labels and Safety Data Sheets. But the HCS doesn’t cover everything. Across a typical facility, signs of all shapes, sizes, and colors communicate different hazards to workers.
