These are the best classes I attend each year. I always take something away and implement improvements at my sites.

Energetic/enthusiastic! Made training enjoyable, understandable and fun!

The instructor was excellent. They knew all of the material without having to read from a notepad or computer.

Having the tutorial buttons for additional information was extremely beneficial.

Given the choice, I would do all coursework this way. In-person courses go very fast without the opportunity to pause or repeat anything.
