My experience with Lion training, both online and in the classroom, is that they are far better organized and provide a better sequential explanation of the material.

I used the IT support number available and my issue was resolved within a few minutes. I don't see anything that could have made it better.

I can take what I learned in this workshop and apply it to everyday work and relate it to my activities.

Given the choice, I would do all coursework this way. In-person courses go very fast without the opportunity to pause or repeat anything.

The exercises in the DOT hazardous materials management course are especially helpful in evaluating your understanding of course information.
