COVID-19 Training Provisions for Kentucky Employers

Kentucky’s Healthy at Work provisions, effective as of July 10, 2020, require reopening businesses to meet minimum requirements, including providing COVID-19 education and training for “all individuals, including employees, temporary employees, contractors, vendors..."
