EPCRA Chemical Inventory Reporting Due March 1

March 1 is the deadline for facilities that store hazardous chemicals to submit Tier I/II chemical inventory reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community “Right-to-Know” Act (EPCRA).

1/23/2023

Annual Chemical Inventory Report Due 3/1

Required under EPCRA, Tier I or Tier II chemical inventory reporting is due on March 1 from facilities that had more than the threshold quantity of any covered hazardous chemical on site at any time during 2022.
