Georgia to Adopt New RCRA Hazardous Waste Rules Next Month

A proposal now available from the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) lays out the State Agency’s plans for adopting recent updates to the Federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste rules.
