Final Rule Alert: Cal DTSC Adds New Universal Waste to State Program

Cal DTSC added photovoltaic modules, better known as solar panels, to the State universal waste program to facilitate proper management, recycling, and disposal. The Final Rule takes effect on Jan. 1, 2021.
