The RCRA hazardous waste regulations require annual refresher training for hazardous waste personnel (40 CFR 262.17).
US DOT requires training within 90 days, and re-training every three years, for all "hazmat employees" (49 CFR 172.704).

The exercises in the DOT hazardous materials management course are especially helpful in evaluating your understanding of course information.
