New RCRA Exclusions: Generator-Controlled Reclamation

When the EPA promulgated changes to its definition of solid waste on January 13, 2015, the Agency created several new exclusions for certain types of hazardous secondary material reclamation. This is the first in a series of articles, where we will examine each of these new exclusions. Today, we examine the exclusion for “generator-controlled” reclamation.
