Update: CSB's Final Rule on reporting accidental releases takes effect onMarch 23, 2020.The new regulation requires owners or operators of chemical facilities to report on accidental releases.
I used the IT support number available and my issue was resolved within a few minutes. I don't see anything that could have made it better.
