EPA Goes Back-to-Basics on NAAQS Reviews

Current US EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt on May 9^th signed a memorandum establishing a “back-to-basics” approach to Clean Air Act-required reviews of National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
