New RCRA Rule: Contingency Plan Quick Reference Guide

A new recordkeeping requirement added in EPA's Generator Improvements Rule goes above and beyond what was traditionally required for large quantity generators. See the eight items that must be included in your contingency plan quick reference guide now required under 40 CFR 262.262(b).
