8 hours of OSHA HAZWOPER refresher training is required under two different sections of OSHA's HAZWOPER Standard at 29 CFR 1910.120.
Under section (e)--for emergency responders, i.e., personnel who respond to emergency releases of hazardous substances--OSHA requires annual refresher training for Hazardous Materials Technicians (i.e. "hazmat techs")
Course instructor was better prepared and presented better than other trainers. Course manual and references were easier to use as well.
