Stormwater Violations Cost Manufacturer $145,000
A Fairbury, NE manufacturing facility will pay $145,000 to resolve alleged violations of the US EPA’s Clean Water Act, according to a press release from EPA Region 7. The violations stem from stormwater discharge of cadmium, cooper, lead, nickel, and zinc in excess of permit limits.2/4/2016
