Final Rule Alert: LNG Allowed in Rail Transport

DOT PHMSA's Final Rule amends the 49 CFR Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) to allow bulk transport of methane, refrigerated liquid (i.e., liquified natural gas or LNG) by rail.
