This California-specific training is built for operations personnel like waste handlers, equipment operators, maintenance workers, production personnel, and lab employees.
US EPA and California DTSC require annual training for hazardous waste personnel (40 CFR 262.17 and 22 CCR 66262.34 & 66265.16.
For hazmat employees involved in preparing shipments, US DOT requires hazmat training once every 3 years (49 CFR 172.704)
