New RCRA Exclusions: Verified Recycler Reclamation
When US EPA promulgated changes to its definition of solid waste (DSW) on January 13, 2015, the Agency created a few new exclusions for certain hazardous secondary material reclamation. Today, we continue our examination of these new reliefs by focusing on the new RCRA “verified recycler” exclusion.

EPA to Reconsider Clean Air Act NSPS Rules for Oil and Gas Sector
In a letter to oil and gas industry groups, Administrator Pruitt states that the Agency will give special attention to the requirement for oil and gas industry sources to monitor fugitive emissions from equipment components that may leak methane or VOCs.
