After a Category 3 tornado struck the company warehouse on December 10, 2021, six contractors suffered fatal injuries and another was critically wounded.

Effective April 8, 2022, US EPA added 1-bromopropane (also known as n-propyl bromide or nPB) to the CERCLA/Superfund list of hazardous substances.
