5/4/2022US DOT PHMSA announced a policy of enforcement discretion on May 2 for shippers who close a hazardous materials package with an adhesive tape other than the tape called for in the package manufacturer’s closure instructions.
3/4/2022About two weeks before each international meeting, DOT will hold virtual listening sessions with hazardous materials shippers and other stakeholders to solicit input on rule proposals under consideration.
