EPA Enforcement Roundup: Week of 7/13

In this week's Roundup, an egg processing facility and a non-profit ski area are cited for nearly $3 million for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act. Plus, a fertilizer producer allegedly violated RCRA and EPCRA standards, resulting in almost $20 million in penalties and site improvements.

EPA Enforcement Roundup: Week of 3/24

In this week's Roundup, a Wyoming oil production facility pays $115,000 to resolve alleged violations related to two improper releases. Plus, EPA fines an industrial metalworking company in Arizona for allegedly violating their fugitive dust plan from a previous settlement.
