NJ Business Owner Faces Prison Time Plus $4.2M Fine for Haz Waste Violations

Energy Co. Agrees to Clean Up Coal Ash Disposal Sites in North Carolina

The settlement resolves allegations that the company stored coal ash in landfills and ponds for decades.
