Did Your EX Approval Just Get X'd?

PHMSA updated the HMR a few years ago to require that certain Division 1.4S explosives pass an additional UN test to remain approved for transportation in the US. Shippers who did not provide evidence of testing had approvals terminated.

Hazmat Registration Ends June 30, Fees May Increase
