1/27/2022Update: On January 26, 2022, OSHA withdrew its emergency temporary standard (ETS) that would have required employers with 100 or more employees to implement vaccination-or-testing requirements for employees.
1/27/2022US DOT PHMSA processed more than 20,000 reports of transportation incidents involving hazardous materials last year. Each incident illustrates how small mistakes can result in shipping delays, packaging waste, lost product, injuries, and potential penalties for noncompliance with the HMR.
