NACD Also Objects to PHMSA’s Cargo Tank Unloading Rule

Following up from yesterday’s post, the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), like the ATA, is also objecting to overreaching elements of PHMSA’s proposed regulations for cargo tank loading and unloading.
The instructor did an excellent job presenting a very dry subject; keeping everyone interested and making it enjoyable.
