NACD Also Objects to PHMSA’s Cargo Tank Unloading Rule

Following up from yesterday’s post, the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), like the ATA, is also objecting to overreaching elements of PHMSA’s proposed regulations for cargo tank loading and unloading.
The course was very informative and presented in a way that was easily understood and remembered. I would recommend this course.
