Next Week! Hazmat Training in Sacramento and Denver

To help shippers protect personnel and maintain full compliance with the new DOT, IATA, and IMDG shipping regulations for 2017, Lion will present nationally trusted DG shipper training in Sacramento, Denver, and Kansas City next month.

US DOT requires all hazmat employees to complete training within 90 days of hire, and repeat hazmat training once every 3 years. See the schedule for complete DOT (ground), IATA (air), and IMDG (ocean) hazmat shipper training here.

Failure to provide hazmat training for employees is now punishable by a $463 fine per employee, per day.

Compliance with IATA’s 58th Edition Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) is now mandatory! Following the two-day ground shipper workshop, stay for one day of training on the 2017 IATA/ICAO air shipping requirements in Denver on April 5, in Kansas City on April 27, and in Chicago on May 4.
