OSHA Seeks Industry Input on Forklift Safety Standard
In a Request for Information (RFI) published to the Federal Register on March 11, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration requests information and comments about the requirements for forklifts and other trucks under the general industry, maritime, and construction Standards.

Not for Kids: EPA's Pesticide Packaging Requirements
Section 25(c)(3) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) authorizes the Environmental Protection Agency to establish standards for packaging pesticides in order to protect children and adults from serious illness or injury.

New Jersey DEP Takes Action on Sussex County Dump Site
