Posted on 5/22/2017 by Roger Marks

rcra-small-containers.jpgWith new RCRA rules set to take effect next week on May 30, hazardous waste managers and personnel are getting ready for a major shift in the how facilities manage compliance.

Today, more than 100 EHS professionals are taking part in Lion’s final RCRA update webinar before the May 30 deadline. Hundreds more have joined us since Lion launched the webinar in November 2016, when EPA’s “Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule” became final.

New Session Added—June 20!

If you haven’t joined us for a session yet, you now have another chance! In response to overwhelming demand for RCRA update training, Lion today added an extra session of the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule Webinar to our 2017 schedule, to be presented on June 20 from 1—3 PM ET.

Join a full-time Lion instructor to get up to date on the major changes to RCRA—from re-organized generator rules to new contingency planning requirements, new container labeling standards, changing vocabulary, new relief for episodic generation, and much more.

In 90 minutes, we cover the biggest changes to RCRA and what you need to do to stay in compliance. Get your questions answered during the presentation and take away a digital compliance reference you will refer to again and again as you get accustomed to the revised RCRA requirements, structure, and vocabulary.

Only four sessions left: June 20, July 18, September 12, and November 29.
