Oregon OSHA Proposes Heat Illness Prevention Rule
To better protect workers in the state from climate-related hazards, Oregon OSHA proposed requirements for employers concerning heat illness prevention. The announcement comes shortly after US OSHA announced its own plans to create a Federal standard for occupational heat exposure safety.2/1/2022

Update: On January 26, 2022, OSHA withdrew its emergency temporary standard (ETS) that would have required employers with 100 or more employees to implement vaccination-or-testing requirements for employees.
